Great attorney. No nonsense and he may make you feel a bit rushed but he will get the job done. He knew to raise an objection when the, obviously biased police officer, started representing the co-defendant when she started making statements for which she “had no factual basis”. Our case was dismissed shortly thereafter.

If you want success, you have to go with an attorney who is involved , dedicated and remembers what is going on with your case. Much older lawyers become very disconnected. Mr. Stellute is extremely active on every part of the case. He is always available for questions , I have used Mario for several different cases , injury case, tickets, and other personal issues. Everytime I came out on top . Problems went away with issues resolved. Not once in 3 years of calling him did he not return my call within the hour. Even while out of town. Mario Stellute is the truth… I was about to have a DUI on my record. Thank GOD I heard about Mr. Stellute. Mr. Stellute travelled to VA Beach to represent me. He was honest and very knowledgeable. By the time Mr. Stellute was done… my charge was reduced to wreckless driving and a minor fine, even the judge stated how lucky I was; that this almost never happens in these types of cases and to not take for granted.
